4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Geographic Restrictions: We currently don't ship to North Korea, Ukraine, Russia, or Bucharest. 

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure delivery.

30 DAYS TO RETURN

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

"Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit, as applicable."
